8:00 – Students arrive to setup their projects in the Gymnasium

8:30 – Judges gather in the Library on the Second Floor

9:05 – O’Canada, Opening Remarks

9:12 – Poem Recital “We are More” - Two Folksongs by BES Choir

9:20 – Judging begins

11:00 – Coffee/Nutritional Break

11:15 – Re-Evaluation (second look) of Award Winners Judges will work at their assigned Grade Level.

11:45 – Open to Classes and Public

12:20 – Lunch

12:45 – Public Viewing, Enter School from Queen Street Entrance

1:45 – Awarding of Placements in the Regional Heritage Fair in Liverpool, May 7^th  

2:10 – Clean-up
